COLLOQUIA is the media platform and intellectual forum of The Knights of Malta Club, founded upon the trinity that defines the Club’s identity: Honour • Culture • Civilisation. It is a space for cultivated conversation, where the past is not merely commemorated but examined in order to understand the present more clearly and to shape the future.
Who were the medieval knights beyond armour and legend? What did honour, loyalty, courage and duty mean in a world poised constantly between faith, power and sacrifice? How did the chivalric ideal endure in Great Britain, in its historic clubs and in the model of the gentleman? What remains of chivalry in Europe today, and might it once again serve as a compass in a society dominated by haste, noise and fragmentation?
From the philosophy of thought, language and consciousness to history and the theory of mentalities; from symbols, rituals and the collective emotions of communities to the British tradition of clubs, the history of the Knights of Malta and the contemporary destiny of the idea of nobility, COLLOQUIA pursues the questions that continue to shape humanity and society.
The first Romanian-language series, “Conversations of the Club”, brings together dialogues, interviews and intellectual encounters on character, memory, belonging and responsibility. The platform is produced under the auspices of The Noble Chivalric Society – the Cultural Department of The Knights of Malta Club.

In the service of faith, culture, and human nobility!
